However, we have replied to you by email and have taken your request into account and as stipulated in the email, your refund is being processed. Very disappointed. Google tells me I can buy water on the site, I'm offered tiny statuettes. I wanted to buy a jerry can of water... the site refers me to mints and rosaries...??
