We have since stopped working with them for deliveries to Italy. Response dated March 30, 2021Good morning, Mr. Zaccaria,Unfortunately I am sending you the information that Mondial Relay gave me, I don't know why they reject your address. They consider it unusable. We have done our best to ensure delivery, but it is not up to us. We are looking for alternatives to this carrier with the same attractive rates. We have already reported problems with Mondial Relay several times. Your package is currently on its way to us. We will then proceed to refund your package. We have done everything possible and I am sorry for this situation. You will receive your refund very soon. Good dayAnswer dated March 29, 2021Good morning, Mr. Zaccaria,We have responded to ALL of your emails and have been following up on your package that had a delivery problem to Mondial Relay. After several inquiries on our part. Mondial Relay explained to us that your package was not delivered because your delivery address was not usable, which explains this long delay. I asked you for more information or another delivery address but you gave us the same address. Therefore Mondial Relay considered that your address was not usable and just sent your package back to the sender. We will proceed to refund your order once the package is returned. We are not responsible for Mondial Relay's lack of professionalism. We have done everything we can to unblock your situation and have shown good faith but at our level we cannot go to Italy to pick up packages ourselves.
