For years I have rightly placed my trust in the Palais du Rosaire and I continue to do so. I've never been disappointed with the parcels carrying novena candles, which are pampered and wrapped in bull wrapping paper. Thank you so much! Thank you to all these dedicated people! Very satisfied with my purchase. I wanted to order 40 Dizainiers for my child's christening and there wasn't enough stock on the site. I sent an e-mail and received a reply in the afternoon with a solution to my problem. I placed my order and received it promptly, well packaged, with a little note, a calendar and a card as a gift. After an experience having generated doubts with another commercial site of Lourdes, I was rather satisfied with this commercial site.But I contacted the information department of the Lourdes sanctuary, who told me that it was forbidden to sell water from lourdes (since the apparitions), and that I had to check that the merchant site "le palais du Rosaire" really depended on the lourdes store "le Palais du Rosaire". So I have doubts about the Lourdes water I bought, I don't know if it really comes from the grotto.

Hello Eliane, I can confirm that the Palais du Rosaire website does indeed depend on our Lourdes stores, and we have a page dedicated to our history on the website. Concerning the Lourdes water: We only charge the porter, i.e. the person who goes to the grotto to collect the water, the collection usually takes 30min as the sanctuaries are only accessible on foot. So we take small quantities of water. So we send the real water from Lourdes. If you have any doubts about your next order, we can send you a video :). See you soon Eliane.
