After an experience having generated doubts with another commercial site of Lourdes, I was rather satisfied with this commercial site.But I contacted the information department of the Lourdes sanctuary, who told me that it was forbidden to sell water from lourdes (since the apparitions), and that I had to check that the merchant site "le palais du Rosaire" really depended on the lourdes store "le Palais du Rosaire". So I have doubts about the Lourdes water I bought, I don't know if it really comes from the grotto.

Hello Eliane, I can confirm that the Palais du Rosaire website does indeed depend on our Lourdes stores, and we have a page dedicated to our history on the website. Concerning the Lourdes water: We only charge the porter, i.e. the person who goes to the grotto to collect the water, the collection usually takes 30min as the sanctuaries are only accessible on foot. The delivery times mentioned (48 to 72 hours) were not respected despite a dispatch notice on the same day (parcel received 8 days after the order). I was therefore unable to have the rosary blessed or to place it in my wife's coffin.
