good item, on-time delivery

Still havent received my packaged and I am not receiving any response from Palais du Rosaire on where is my parcel.

Hello, the statuette is beautiful now I hope Mary will protect us

Statue ordered and sent without quality control (the gold paint was completely flaking off a good part of the statue, and they should have seen this because they were the ones who put it in the first box) and no protection in the main box: result? A broken statue! I get my money back and on top of that I lose my shipping costs. Edit: following your reply, I can confirm that PayPal refunded me 42 euros and some ... and not 50.74 euros. I can send you a screenshot of my PayPal account as proof of my honesty.

Rosary not at all like the photo in terms of size I can not even wear it it does not even the head I had to have a bottle of heavy water instead I got a truque bb that can put the finger that is useless to me. I'm really disappointed and I wouldn't recommend you anymore.

I tried a message on the site without much hope of a reply I give up the parcel will be sent back

I received the wrong item and I'm still waiting for my refund...

Wrong order, empty heavy water bottles and no response from after-sales service. I received a refund of 2 euros on my order of 18 euros without any information on when this refund came and the amount. I do not recommend this site.

You are rats and liars. The gold medal is smaller than a pinky nail and as thick as cigarette paper for 100. You love money, that's for sure! When you justify yourself the way you did, it's because you've got something twisted to hide. A bon entendeur.

After placing an order and paying with my credit card, my parcel was delivered to a relay instead of to my home. As I'm disabled, I couldn't go and pick it up, so the parcel left again, and now the DPD company is saying that they can't find my address.

My statue arrived in one piece and it's magnificent, I must say, but I had to wait 15 days, which is a bit of a shame.

What I ordered is good but my package did not arrive I sent a message they answered me the first time and after a second message that remained unanswered.and I received the package 10 days later.

Quality products usually I give 5 stars but this time there was a small error in my order and delivery was a little long.

It's a pity that my last order didn't satisfy me. Next time I'll be careful because the candle I'll have left will last much longer. Good weekend Mme Villeneuve Christiane
