Hello Sir, as we discussed on the phone yesterday, you gave us the wrong address when you sent the package. The package was returned to us, and we sent it back yesterday at our own expense, despite the fact that the error was entirely your fault... You can notify the authorities, but I find it hard to believe that they will take your request seriously when you tell them that you were mistaken when you wrote the address, and that the parcel was nevertheless returned to you at the seller's expense. On that note, I hope you have a nice day and that your parcel reaches you quickly.

After placing an order and paying with my credit card, my parcel was delivered to a relay instead of to my home. As I'm disabled, I couldn't go and pick it up, so the parcel left again, and now the DPD company is saying that they can't find my address.

The carrier has been informed of your dissatisfaction, and your parcel will be redistributed to you shortly. It was left at a relay point because the deliveryman was unable to reach you. I bought 2 statues of Notre Dame de Lourdes. The photos on the site don't pay homage to her because they are much more beautiful when you look at them with your eyes). 1 Crucifix (I bought this Crucifix to put in the main room of the house and it looks great on the wall. 1 Crucifix (I hung this Crucifix above my bed in my bedroom so it watches over my sleep. 1 Combat rosary (This rosary is magnificent, I had it blessed by a priest of the FSSP) To sum up, I'm very happy with my purchases. I would like to thank the Palais du rosaire de Lourdes for the speed with which their orders are processed.
