Hello, all the actual sizes of our medals are marked in the product description. The medal that was sent is exactly the same as the one in the photo. We have to zoom in on the medals so that you can see all the details. That's why we write down the sizes of the medals, so you won't be surprised when they're delivered. I know the rosary palace through my annual pilgrimage to Lourdes but this year's was cancelled, you know why! I was therefore unable to make my usual purchases of rosaries ... The order was easily placed and delivery very fast relay ... I really appreciated the little handwritten note from the person who made the package .... Thank you, it's so simple but it made my day! A bit like a real hello in the store, a little concrete link with Lourdes with a little picture to boot! So I'm really pleased with this service from the Rosary Palace, which is completely new to me, and I'll do it again sometime.

Mr Serpa, as I explained to you on the phone, your parcel sent by Colissimo is stuck on the Avignon logistics platform waiting for a plane to Corsica. At our level, we have initiated procedures with La Poste to speed up delivery, but unfortunately we have no control over their services. As soon as we have more information, I'll get back to you.
