Very good, the items are of very good quality and the shipping was fast. However, I regretted that the items were not better protected, the statue was out of its box and loose in the package along with various other fragile items. The water bottles should be cushioned and better protected as there were some leaks. Fortunately, there was no breakage. Everything else is perfect

The label on the bottle looks old. The bottle is made of plastic. So we don't know how long the water has been bottled.

Hello,

All our Lourdes water bottles are filled by hand, directly at the time of orders. We go to fetch the water every day or every two days directly from the source of the Sanctuary of Lourdes, in order to guarantee its freshness and authenticity.

Regarding the label, we are sorry if it seemed aged to you. It can happen that transport or storage slightly alters its appearance, but this has no relation to the quality or freshness of the water contained in the bottle.
