The only drawback was that the chain and cross were delivered in a tiny plastic box, wrapped in heavy scotch tape that I had trouble removing, so the box is sticky, which is a shame. However, this time I (among other things) bought a silver rosary and less than a week after receiving it, it broke. I sent an email + photo to the store to inform them of the situation and I'm still waiting for their reaction. I am very disappointed and hesitate to order again.
