I receive an item I hadn't chosen: it's always possible to make a mistake when ordering. After-sales service responds diligently and positively to the situation, but sends me a payment link for the exchange, with a limited validity of precisely a few hours. My personal and professional commitments don't allow me to read messages so systematically and instantaneously... Can't they send me a "payment" link that lasts a little longer? A company that does its job well and when it's needed. However, I had major problems receiving my order because the delivery company DPD was totally incompetent! If I have to go through them for my next order, I will unfortunately cancel my order. That said, thanks to Palais du Rosaire for its professionalism!

Hello the Palais du Rosaire is a respectable sign of quality ( but with some imperfections ) I recently made an order or this one was incomplete to my great despair .Statue Notre Dame de lourdes 40 cm ( delivered with Metal rosary ) I received the statue very beautiful but without the CHAPELET ??????After complaints, ALWAYS no return ???? fast delivery, well packaged

fast delivery, very good packaging, a little disappointed by the color of the mission rosary (green or blue???). the one I bought on the spot suited me better, the colors were brighter.

It's a pity that there was a problem with the tracked mail, which forced the Palais du Rosaire, whom I thank by the way, to expressly send another parcel to a relay point.

I ordered candles to make novenas at home and they were all pink, it's not really embarrassing but I only receive white ones with the picture of the virgin.

The orders are neat and quickly delivered, the products are fine and well worked.

The articles are very pretty and of high quality, but it would be good to specify that the rosaries are sold without a "box".

I'm totally satisfied with the product and totally disappointed with the deliveryman who was absolutely incompetent - what kind of practice is this of putting parcels in elevators!!! I refused ... he didn't want to go up! he left ... on the 2nd day he made the same demand! so I went down to collect my parcel and told him it had to be signed for! he didn't seem to have any problem with that. So to sum up, I won't be ordering from you again as long as dpd is the only option!

I placed my order on 1/02/23 and at the same time I celebrate my birthday 15/02/23 it may appeal to you anyway would be to moffrir a rosary at the price of 1euro it attracts customers Thank you dé take this into account

I think the rosary is probably very good, but I was unable to receive it on the date due to Dpd's faulty service. I have to pick it up several dozen kilometers away this weekend.

good item, on-time delivery

Ordered for a friend's Christmas presents, the products arrived well packaged and relatively quickly, but with a few errors (a card ordered in French arrived in English, incomplete text on a card...), reported on 31/12 but with no response.

I'm disappointed! My parents bought me a gold-plated medal from you 30 years ago, and I kept it until 2022, when the ring where the chain goes through finally broke. I bought one back from you in full confidence and the plating has already moved. It's sad that a store of your reputation has become so unreliable. It's a shame. What's more, I bought one for my daughter a little later, so she'll be happy.

Some of the products in my order were damaged. A shame on a 50 euro order...Please remember to check the products before sending them to your customers. Thank you for your help.

Hello, the statuette is beautiful now I hope Mary will protect us

Good evening,I'm taking advantage of this inquiry to send you this second letter, the 1st having remained unanswered (?!) because one of the 3 items (Statue of the luminous Virgin Mary in resin 31cm - ref:44443) doesn't work! Of the 3 virgins ordered, one was not wrapped in plastic, it looks dirty (grey all over the white part), the interior lights don't work, they don't light up, the underside of the statue is dirty, there are only 3 small foam support pads out of the 4, the gold paint on the back is "faded", not to mention the statue's white cardboard packaging which is torn (?!).I therefore take the liberty of holding this article at your disposal for an exchange if you please. In the expectation of a reply from you, I remain at your entire disposal, thanking you in advance for your understanding.

I received a good response to the delay in delivery of my order; a rosary was missing; a flashing Christmas bauble was not what I ordered and it doesn't work; a little disappointed but the reasonable prices and quick response make up for some of my disappointment.

I ordered some. Wood-colored rosaries, they arrived black. Second order, one rosary arrived damaged. That's a shame. When the site surprises because the sizes of objects should be indicated

I'm very happy with some of my purchases. One item is missing and I still don't know if it will be available again or if I'll get my money back.
