Hello. I'm not criticizing the product or the delivery, which was quite fast compared to usual. On the other hand, you offered to go and burn a candle at the grotto in Lourdes for my seriously ill wife. I didn't. I recommended Lourdes water and asked you to go for me and my son at the same time, and you were supposed to send me video proof. I have received nothing. I will continue to order water because I need it, but I must admit that I am very disappointed, at least for my wife. I was planning to come to Lourdes but her state of health does not allow it. I invite you to follow us on social networks to see the videos published each day, you will surely find the video where we burn a candle at your request. However, if it can reassure you, I remember your request made by phone, and I personally burned the candle as you requested, that same evening on leaving the Palais du Rosaire.
