It's a 1st order and I'm really satisfied good quality products and there were missing products in my order but I was notified by mail and reimbursed very quickly. Reasonable price I recommend this store.

One item was not available. Payment should have been arranged when the order was made up. A "Credit Slip has been created" but I currently have no idea whether this means it will be refunded or is a credit note for my next purchase (probably next year). Also I ordered 2 small silver cross pendants but only one arrived. At 0.83 euros it is not worth the hassle of asking for a refund/credit note.
