Order missing from package

This time, I was disappointed by the shipping time. I had asked for express delivery, which has a cost, and I didn't really take advantage of it.

Excellent service from Le Palais du Rosaire in terms of order handling, shipping time and quality of packaging. Too bad the DPD carrier spoiled everything. I'll only recommend them if there's a possibility of delivery by another carrier. (No matter where I live, DPD has never made a single correct delivery).

I sent a message to customer service because this order has been rather neglected, usually very happy. I don't understand this order. I'm waiting for customer service to get back to me.

Finishing problemI've ordered a rosary in the past, which I'm completely satisfied with and which I use every day, but the two bracelets were a bit disappointing, as the buckle used to attach the cross didn't close properly, so I lost my little cross after the second day... The bracelet is still very nice, but I'm disappointed to have lost my little cross.

I receive an item I hadn't chosen: it's always possible to make a mistake when ordering. After-sales service responds diligently and positively to the situation, but sends me a payment link for the exchange, with a limited validity of precisely a few hours. My personal and professional commitments don't allow me to read messages so systematically and instantaneously... Can't they send me a "payment" link that lasts a little longer? A company that does its job well and when it's needed. However, I had major problems receiving my order because the delivery company DPD was totally incompetent! If I have to go through them for my next order, I will unfortunately cancel my order. That said, thanks to Palais du Rosaire for its professionalism!

I'm totally satisfied with the product and totally disappointed with the deliveryman who was absolutely incompetent - what kind of practice is this of putting parcels in elevators!!! I refused ... he didn't want to go up! he left ... on the 2nd day he made the same demand! so I went down to collect my parcel and told him it had to be signed for! he didn't seem to have any problem with that. So to sum up, I won't be ordering from you again as long as dpd is the only option!

I think the rosary is probably very good, but I was unable to receive it on the date due to Dpd's faulty service. I have to pick it up several dozen kilometers away this weekend.

Ordered for a friend's Christmas presents, the products arrived well packaged and relatively quickly, but with a few errors (a card ordered in French arrived in English, incomplete text on a card...), reported on 31/12 but with no response.

I'm disappointed! My parents bought me a gold-plated medal from you 30 years ago, and I kept it until 2022, when the ring where the chain goes through finally broke. I bought one back from you in full confidence and the plating has already moved. It's sad that a store of your reputation has become so unreliable. It's a shame. What's more, I bought one for my daughter a little later, so she'll be happy.

Good evening,I'm taking advantage of this inquiry to send you this second letter, the 1st having remained unanswered (?!) because one of the 3 items (Statue of the luminous Virgin Mary in resin 31cm - ref:44443) doesn't work! Of the 3 virgins ordered, one was not wrapped in plastic, it looks dirty (grey all over the white part), the interior lights don't work, they don't light up, the underside of the statue is dirty, there are only 3 small foam support pads out of the 4, the gold paint on the back is "faded", not to mention the statue's white cardboard packaging which is torn (?!).I therefore take the liberty of holding this article at your disposal for an exchange if you please. In the expectation of a reply from you, I remain at your entire disposal, thanking you in advance for your understanding.

I received a good response to the delay in delivery of my order; a rosary was missing; a flashing Christmas bauble was not what I ordered and it doesn't work; a little disappointed but the reasonable prices and quick response make up for some of my disappointment.

I ordered some. Wood-colored rosaries, they arrived black. Second order, one rosary arrived damaged. That's a shame. When the site surprises because the sizes of objects should be indicated

I'm very satisfied with the products and the speed of delivery.I'm giving this rating because what upsets me is that I received a 10% discount for my birthday on July 5th and I couldn't use it for my order.If I used it I had to give up the free delivery on orders over 49 euros. As my order was over 49 euros, I had to choose between the 2 advantages. I find these conditions unfair.

I received the parcel quickly and the gift card was a pleasure, but I was disappointed with my last order. The St Bernadette statuette arrived broken in its metal box and the medal was missing from the St Bernadette box, so I hesitate to recommend...

Hello. I'm not criticizing the product or the delivery, which was quite fast compared to usual. On the other hand, you offered to go and burn a candle at the grotto in Lourdes for my seriously ill wife. I didn't. I recommended Lourdes water and asked you to go for me and my son at the same time, and you were supposed to send me video proof. I have received nothing. I will continue to order water because I need it, but I must admit that I am very disappointed, at least for my wife. I was planning to come to Lourdes but her state of health does not allow it. The product noted on the site was indicated available whereas it was not the case and the sending was made without informing me in a point relay with 25 kms of my place, whereas my address was noted well.Otherwise, product arrived well, of quality and sympathetic telephone reception.

Hello, I had asked for a small gift pack and ended up with a horrible blue plastic box ????Sinon the medal is pretty!

But the candle was not available and they replaced it with 2 others without telling me. I would have preferred to wait for the restocking. Too bad this time. Having said that, they were also very generous with two mini rosaries, but that only made us feel better about the original intention of this superb set. But I'm always delighted with my orders ??????????
