Despite some setbacks with mondial relais (I didn't receive my parcel), customer service was very welcoming and returned my order very quickly. Thank you for this reactivity.

Overall, a good experience, although I was very disappointed by the Midori scissors, which are made in China despite costing just €20 for a tiny pair of scissors. You can clearly see that the finishing is ridiculously poor, especially when you're used to Japanese finishes.

I've bought stationery from this site many times, and everything has always arrived very quickly, and exactly as advertised. It's an excellent address for all fountain pen lovers. It's also the best place I've found in France to buy refills for Midori Travler's Notebook. And in general, if you're looking for this kind of stuff from Japan (but not only!), it's probably available at Makkura.
