Papeterie Makkura consistently delivers fast, reliable shipping with careful, well-packaged orders, ensuring items arrive promptly and in excellent condition. Customers highlight a broad selection of stationery, including hard-to-find products, and note that descriptions match what they receive, with many items tested to be of exceptional quality. The service stands out for responsive, attentive support and smooth order handling, from quick processing to courteous refunds when needed. Overall, shoppers experience dependable delivery, thorough packaging, and a trustworthy, capable stationery shop.
On the speed of shipment, communication and quality of packaging. Nothing to say, it's impeccable. On the other hand, I'm taking off one star because the Mondial Relais selection system no longer allows me to choose relay points near my home as it used to. With each successive order, the choice has diminished, forcing me to use Colissimo.

Item conforms to the order, with a small drawback, but perhaps not related to Makkura stationery: I only received an e-mail informing me that I had 3 days left to collect my parcel from the collection point, without any previous e-mail. This in no way detracts from the quality of the product or the speed of delivery. I warmly recommend

Order processed and shipped quickly. However, I have a question: I don't have a manufacturer's warranty certificate for my item (Pilot fountain pen). Is this normal?

Response from Papeterie Makkura
Hello,
Thank you for your comment. Regarding the warranty, the invoice is the document that serves as a warranty.
Best regards,

Order went very well. Fast delivery. Careful packaging. The products are superb. I withdraw one star because being on my first order, I entered the coupon received when registering and the promised 5% discount was not applied despite the insertion of the code at the time of ordering. Too bad

A very good site for stocking up on Japanese stationery, which is not always easy to find on French retailers. However, I regret the absence of more affordable fountain pens such as Pilot's metropolitan model, or the Taiwanese brand TWSBI whose products offer very good value for money :)

Over-wrapped package, a bubble envelope would have sufficed for our order. This one is exactly as described and corresponds to our expectations.

It's a pity there's no explanation of how to use the seal and the wax, and given how difficult it is to make a seal, the question arises as to whether soft wax is the right one to use.

Fast and efficient. Wide choice of inks and papers. However, 2 orders, and both times the paper was slightly damaged in one corner... The packaging, although complete, doesn't seem to be adapted to our carriers' gestures. Perhaps look at how other companies ship books, for example.
