On the speed of shipment, communication and quality of packaging. Nothing to say, it's impeccable. On the other hand, I'm taking off one star because the Mondial Relais selection system no longer allows me to choose relay points near my home as it used to. Item conforms to the order, with a small drawback, but perhaps not related to Makkura stationery: I only received an e-mail informing me that I had 3 days left to collect my parcel from the collection point, without any previous e-mail. Very serious site in terms of delivery times. That said, the references and details concerning the products are sometimes erroneous. Nottament nlrqueon order a notebook without line and it is in fact line and even illustrations at the top and bottom of pages. The same goes for formats: I received a 5" when I thought I'd ordered an a4"... not very clear. I'd also add that some paper is expensive for draft sheet quality.
