Well packaged and arrived quickly!

The site and the products are perfect, as well as the advice received by email; however, I regret that my emails and SMS are not answered when I ask questions

The items are compliant and carefully packaged. However, I had to follow up with the store because 8 days after placing my order, I had no news. I received it 5 days later, with a message explaining that one item had to be awaited. I would have liked to know that sooner.
