I did not receive the correct cartridge color. I sent an email to indicate the error and the steps to follow to obtain the correct colors, but I have not received any response.

Too much delay between the order and the shipment. It was a birthday gift that arrives 1 month after the date and moreover, the person it was intended for is no longer at home, so I have to send the package from where shipping costs are added for me. Not happy, I will not renew the experience

However, you were able to collect your parcel without any problem.
I think your note is very unfair, especially as we make it clear on the site that there is no physical store.
Paper is very small for writing letters and too expensive!
