Overall, a good experience, although I was very disappointed by the Midori scissors, which are made in China despite costing just €20 for a tiny pair of scissors. You can clearly see that the finishing is ridiculously poor, especially when you're used to Japanese finishes.

I've bought stationery from this site many times, and everything has always arrived very quickly, and exactly as advertised. It's an excellent address for all fountain pen lovers. It's also the best place I've found in France to buy refills for Midori Travler's Notebook. And in general, if you're looking for this kind of stuff from Japan (but not only!), it's probably available at Makkura.

I'll break the score down into two parts: - The first: the order was compliant and received promptly, the parcel was well prepared, and the quality was always top-notch. I'd give it 5 stars without question; - The second: on the other hand, what spoils the note is that the Mondial Relay point I had requested was not respected. As a result, I had to travel by car in an area where it's notoriously difficult to get around and park due to a lack of spaces, 1 hour there and back, even though the Mondial Relay point I'd requested is a 5-minute walk from my home. And that, frankly, made me a little uneasy.
