The delivery company left the package in a place far from the original delivery location. With GLS, deliveries are much better than with Nacex

The purchase is perfect, the quality-price ratio and the condition of the material are great. However, the shipping company they work with (GLS) is very deficient. They did not deliver the package to the drop-off point they proposed, they told me it could not be delivered there and that they could not change the drop-off point. They asked for my personal address via email (which I was not going to do for data protection reasons) and in the end, I had to make a trip of about 12 km to pick up my package.
