Thank you very much for your comment! We are glad to know that you are satisfied with our fast shipping and that everything arrived correctly. Thank you for your review and for appreciating the speed of our delivery. We regret that the experience with the delivery person was not as expected. We work with external courier companies and will share your comment with them to ensure a more pleasant experience in future deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and are at your disposal for anything you need. We hope your next order is completely satisfactory!

Thank you for your comment and we apologize for the experience you had with the delivery. We understand the frustration of the wait and regret if the process was confusing. In this case, one of your orders included a product with availability of 7-10 days, information that we indicated on the website for greater transparency. As for the second order, it was sent to a Nacex Shop point, which was the option you selected (an alternative we offer in addition to home delivery), so the order remained there pending pickup. We greatly value your purchases and work to continuously improve our times and clarity in delivery options. If you have any specific preferences for future deliveries, please do not hesitate to let us know. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to improve!
