It is misleading to put 'free shipping' at the beginning of the purchase and then additional costs appear at the end. Picking up the package from this transport company is complicated.

We are very sorry that the information seemed confusing to you. We would like to inform you that shipping is free at Nacex Shop points from 20€, and this condition is clearly indicated during the purchase process. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comment and will take it into account to continue improving.

The courier company comes in the morning when we are working, they only make two attempts, do not call by phone and cannot leave it with any neighbor. I had to pick it up myself at the courier company. Other than that, the product was very good.
