The order was easy to place, the products at a reasonable price and they arrived quickly. The only thing is that they could notify when the order arrives at the pickup point because as the days went by and I had no news, I had to go there and they had it for quite a while.

Ordering online has been almost impossible. The form does not work, I have been struggling for hours. They do not answer the phone. At any time. Never. There is a virtual assistant to solve problems, which when you have answered everything it asks, takes several days thinking and ends up telling you that it cannot help you. If what they want is to sell online, they have a lot of work to do. I insisted with the form and finally I was able to place the order. I fought so much because the price was really good. For the price and the speed of delivery, I give them a 10.

Hello! We are very sorry for the experience you had trying to place your order. Our customer service team is operational from 10:00 to 17:00, so if you called outside of that time, it is possible that we could not assist you at that moment. Regarding the virtual assistant, we have detected that it was malfunctioning and that is why we have temporarily disabled it from the website to fix it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and trust in our service. We are glad to know that the price and speed of delivery met your expectations. We are working to improve and offer the best possible experience! ??
