The speed of the shipment. I don't think there's anything to improve. For me, the speed of the shipment is very important and you have exceeded it by far. Many places say 24-48 hours and it's not true.

Good service, good shipping, and a wide catalog of products at a very good price. Better than those pages that take 1 product from each online pharmacy and then multiply the shipping costs by charging you each pharmacy's fee.
