I was to be delivered at home and my parcel is currently at the post office and I will never pick up my parcel at the post office ever, and unfortunately the parcel will remain as many days at the post office and will return to paranatura because they did not keep their word of home delivery and it's a shame that it ends like this.

Slow delivery, no information given to the customer, difficult communication (not the first time...). Parcel arrived: 3 out of 5 jars had damaged lids (knocks) and the almond puree had leaked out of the jars. Thank you Paranatura, if I ordered from you it's because it was the only way for me to get this almond puree that I love so much on the internet, and have it delivered to Switzerland.
