I give 1 star to the person in the store who called me back following my voice message.
I received my order 15 days later, I was not notified of the delay and I am waiting for a return from customer service following my written complaint by e-mail.
In short, 6 days later, no return from customer service and I'm still waiting!!!!

For my first order, it's not ideal. No sooner had I ordered and paid than I got a message "in restocking" After more than 15 days without any news, I called. They didn't give me any precise information about the problem, so I asked for an update in return. 2 days later, delivery was triggered, still with no explanation... OK for delivery. OK for the delivery, but it doesn't really make you want it. Time will tell if it's better, but it's abnormal to pay when the product isn't available.

chocolate bars are sensitive to temperature variations, you have to be careful to put them in a temperate place so they don't spoil, because that's what happened with the bars I bought and won't be able to finish.

I am happy with Paranatura.bio. Good customer service, good products, good delivery. One idea: please offer toothpicks with handles! I'm in Germany and I appreciate being delivered right here, and that's my only downside, the delivery charge has been multiplied by 3, what a shame. Keep up the good work!

the site: very good the prices: O KAY! the delivery: very fast. Only downside: the packing carton arrived all dented and partially torn. Fortunately, the jars of yacon syrup were superbly packaged (plastic bubble wrap + cardboard stuffing with bubble wrap) BRAVO! The relay store where I picked up my package: super!

Bad experience. I ordered 5 products to amortize the shipping costs and in the end I received only 2. I would have liked to have been warned beforehand and to have been able to cancel my order because paying the shipping costs for 9.70€ of products was not what I had planned.
