Shipment well received despite current problems (Coronavirus)

Slow delivery, no information given to the customer, difficult communication (not the first time...). Parcel arrived: 3 out of 5 jars had damaged lids (knocks) and the almond puree had leaked out of the jars. Thank you Paranatura, if I ordered from you it's because it was the only way for me to get this almond puree that I love so much on the internet, and have it delivered to Switzerland. But next time, well, I'll avoid it, because I've had three experiences with you, and three of them have been rubbish...

I would have liked to be informed by email that I would not receive the choco spread instead of being surprised when I opened the parcel that it was not inside.

Parcel well received and a little late

Problem during transport or delivery by the DPD company: the Vit C pink Hips glass bottle (although wrapped in bubble wrap) arrived broken into 1000 pieces. The glass still held together a little, as long as the plastic was tightly wrapped around it, but when I removed the plastic, everything fell apart and I nearly cut my fingers on the bits of glass. Nevertheless, with great care, I recovered and wiped each of the 101 tablets. I then stored them in another bottle, hoping not to swallow any mini shards of glass...

I don't know who chose the delivery method but I had to drive 40 km there and back because the parcel delivered by colissimo pickup was delivered to a completely different location than the one initially planned.

package of gluten-free bread received expired a day ago and 2 packages of "mini strawberry fillings" still gluten-free expired in 3 days, then I ordered 3 packages of Orangino and only received one, in short, not a serious company, to be avoided.

My note is based on a mismanagement with me, the customer, of an internal error at paranatura. I had in fact made the same order twice, in 2017 and 2018, well passed. This time I ordered and received without any problem, except that my order was for five boxes of 60 capsules (same as the previous times), which was confirmed to me, including on the invoice enclosed with the parcel. However, although I did indeed have 5 boxes, they each only contained 45 capsules! I called paranatura, thinking it was a mistake that could be repaired: not at all! After several exchanges, I was told that either I'd have to make do with it and that's that (so I'd be paying a lot more for the capsules than before, and especially than advertised on the site), or I'd have to send them back (except for the half-opened box, as I hadn't noticed straight away that it wasn't the right one). I understood that they would refund me in full, as a commercial gesture, or that there would be one, but no, I ended up receiving a refund, of 4 boxes... so no commercial gesture due to their error, bordering on arrogance in their replies (long time coming). So that was my last purchase from paranatura. I bought the capsules in a parapharmacy, so at least there were no nasty surprises.

Big disappointment from" loyal customer until now ": at the time of your delivery received from my last order, I did not receive any compensation of a bottle received at the time of my preceding order, of before, undrinkable, with filaments and block of whitish jelly, bad odor and undrinkable taste: worthy of the dustbin - considering my years of fidelity until then! it is a pity I expected better from your company! Here's an anti-advertising "from you"!

products seen as available on their site are not in fact available, and you only find out about them when you receive your parcel

I had a problem with my email box and I didn't see the reply from the Para Natura Bio site and I was a little harsh on one of the reviews. I did get a favourable reply and I'm satisfied. Thank you for your suggestion.

The navigation is correct but I was just looking for the rice milk.

I waited all day for my parcel to be delivered. It was delivered to the janitor's home without any notice in my letterbox. What's more, the Articulasil measuring bottle is cracked, making it unusable. What's more, the expiration date is March 2020, which is just enough time to use it.

No problem.

On the other hand, it's a shame to have received the nose and sinus spray 1 month before the expiration date, which is next February.

Super site to recommend

2nd order and again problems. I wanted to be nice in my other review because the customer service was correct, but no. New order, again a package in pieces that goes back to the sender, no news from them, it's of course up to me to make reminders by email ... The package leaves, and again delivery problem (inevitably, still using the same service). The delivery man arrived and told me "I'll try to get it out of the truck"... voila voila. This one was (again) in a terrible state: strong smell, hole on the side of the box and the bottom of the box completely soaked.
I accepted the parcel and asked the deliveryman to mention these points in the reservations. When I opened the parcel, a bottle was broken again... not to mention the 3 bottles that were missing when the parcel was shipped. I'll pass over the contents of the parcel: dirty and sticky bottles, labels ripped off, etc... It's a pity I couldn't put up any photos to show the condition of the parcel ... I ended up with 20 bottles instead of 24, and of course, several days later I'm the one who has to call Paranatura again for a refund. No commercial gesture from them, of course ... I wouldn't recommend this store at all, despite the fairly good prices, and I wouldn't recommend this site again.

Nice welcome from the site despite some less attractive prices why not a subscription with discounts on the price

good but I could not order one of the products in the desired quantity due to insufficient stock

Positive points: organic products at a reasonable price, quick response to requests for information sent via the contact form, order arrived compliant. Negative points: the time between order status "payment accepted" and "order preparation" was a little long, less quick response to facebook messages.

The order took 8 days to leave (after complaint) but the corresponding sum was deducted immediately. A missing product that has still not been reimbursed.
