Fast delivery, but defective product. I asked for a return, I'm waiting for their answer.

I skimmed the site because I had to order the product prescribed for my dog quickly, so I didn't dwell on the rest.

The lipstick was broken inside the tube, hence my disappointment.

On delivery I noticed that a bottle of aloe was broken. too bad

I received the sorghum flour with the date until March. I think this is not normal.

Ordered shower gel that leaked onto the pasta packets, and the use-by dates on the pasta were exceeded.

An order placed and debited immediately, several weeks of waiting where in the end, they thought they had received no payment. Parcel received recently: 1 item, the most important for me, is missing. With a refund cheque. No email beforehand to let me know.
What's more, having gone through a cash back site where the brand was present, my cash was refused. I contacted them...the person who replied said he didn't know the cash Black platform. And no commercial gesture despite my written dissatisfaction.

I'm a regular, very satisfied in general, but this time I'm not happy because you sent me a " gluten-free pizza mix " which will expire in 5 days. what's more, the bag was punctured. Really not cool!

Sending a box of bulbs with an expiry date of June 2021!

I ordered 2 boxes of Stevia acerola emergency candies and received licorice. If there was none, the customer should have been informed. I am very disappointed

Poorly packed parcel

2 bottles of face oil in my order received expired more than two months ago for a total of only 30 euros for these two products, out of a total of 90 euros Service. Two messages to customer service afterwards, a reply from the same customer service announcing that they "were asking for a refund" (yes, which I did myself with them, smoky formula and not very comprehensible). Today, that is to say several days later, unfortunately there is no follow-up and the refund is neither made nor recorded... I order a lot on the internet and I find this site really uninviting and very cavalier. Other sites note the expiration date on the product description.

I specifically asked Colissimo to deliver to my home with no signature required. Colissimo required a signature and I have not yet been able to collect my parcel as I was not at home. When I placed my order, it was impossible for me to choose an outside delivery address! And this is not the first time this has happened. Under the same conditions I will not order from Para natura in the future.

The parcel delivered was incorrectly registered, with only my first name followed by the letter M, which does not correspond to my name, appearing on the delivery software. This caused me many difficulties and 2 trips to pick it up.

I would have liked to have been informed earlier that one of the 2 products in my order was not available... not cool...

The address indicated on the site is that of their store and not that of the warehouse. The products on the site are in their warehouse and not in their store.

I never received the product and was never reimbursed. None of my puddings received this parcel instead... the post office is unable to justify to whom it would have been delivered. Paranatura literally doesn't care about this situation !!!!

Complicated for the payment, and I received an article for which the expiration date was exceeded.

I received 2 bottles "Sauge deodorant" at the end of May which normally last a long time but whose expiry date is 08.2020!!! (the previous one I just finished using the expiry date is June 2021)

I was to be delivered at home and my parcel is currently at the post office and I will never pick up my parcel at the post office ever, and unfortunately the parcel will remain as many days at the post office and will return to paranatura because they did not keep their word of home delivery and it's a shame that it ends like this.

Order arrived quickly, but 2 products arrived with an expiration date in 2 months... very disappointed.

Slow delivery, no information given to the customer, difficult communication (not the first time...). Parcel arrived: 3 out of 5 jars had damaged lids (knocks) and the almond puree had leaked out of the jars. Thank you Paranatura, if I ordered from you it's because it was the only way for me to get this almond puree that I love so much on the internet, and have it delivered to Switzerland. But next time, well, I'll avoid it, because I've had three experiences with you, and three of them have been rubbish...

I would have liked to be informed by email that I would not receive the choco spread instead of being surprised when I opened the parcel that it was not inside.

Problem during transport or delivery by the DPD company: the Vit C pink Hips glass bottle (although wrapped in bubble wrap) arrived broken into 1000 pieces. The glass still held together a little, as long as the plastic was tightly wrapped around it, but when I removed the plastic, everything fell apart and I nearly cut my fingers on the bits of glass. Nevertheless, with great care, I recovered and wiped each of the 101 tablets. I then stored them in another bottle, hoping not to swallow any mini shards of glass...

I still haven't received my order.

Delivery address partially postponed, resulting in late delivery.

I don't know who chose the delivery method but I had to drive 40 km there and back because the parcel delivered by colissimo pickup was delivered to a completely different location than the one initially planned.

package of gluten-free bread received expired a day ago and 2 packages of "mini strawberry fillings" still gluten-free expired in 3 days, then I ordered 3 packages of Orangino and only received one, in short, not a serious company, to be avoided.

My note is based on a mismanagement with me, the customer, of an internal error at paranatura. I had in fact made the same order twice, in 2017 and 2018, well passed. This time I ordered and received without any problem, except that my order was for five boxes of 60 capsules (same as the previous times), which was confirmed to me, including on the invoice enclosed with the parcel. However, although I did indeed have 5 boxes, they each only contained 45 capsules! I called paranatura, thinking it was a mistake that could be repaired: not at all! After several exchanges, I was told that either I'd have to make do with it and that's that (so I'd be paying a lot more for the capsules than before, and especially than advertised on the site), or I'd have to send them back (except for the half-opened box, as I hadn't noticed straight away that it wasn't the right one). I understood that they would refund me in full, as a commercial gesture, or that there would be one, but no, I ended up receiving a refund, of 4 boxes... so no commercial gesture due to their error, bordering on arrogance in their replies (long time coming). So that was my last purchase from paranatura. I bought the capsules in a parapharmacy, so at least there were no nasty surprises.

Big disappointment from" loyal customer until now ": at the time of your delivery received from my last order, I did not receive any compensation of a bottle received at the time of my preceding order, of before, undrinkable, with filaments and block of whitish jelly, bad odor and undrinkable taste: worthy of the dustbin - considering my years of fidelity until then! it is a pity I expected better from your company! Here's an anti-advertising "from you"!
