Good for the price and products, but the outer packaging and product boxes were quite damaged to improve.

It's about delivery. It would be interesting for the customer to know the delivery date or to be notified by sms or e.mail.

The shipment of my order was fast, I was notified by sms that my package had arrived at the relay. Nothing to complain about, but I think it's a shame that the size of the box was much bigger than necessary. Not great for the environment, especially as I went to pick it up by bike, I managed as a seasoned cyclist but for my safety frankly I really should have gone home and come back by car.

Unfortunately I wasn't contacted as soon as my parcel arrived at my relay point.

No problem with the order and delivery, speed and correct packaging. However, there is no verification of use-by dates: product ordered in May 2016 with a use-by date in JUNE 2016!

I received my order but I would have liked to have been informed by e-mail that it had been delivered to my relay point. Instead I just got an email telling me that it had been shipped and I ended up going to the relay point to see if it was there 5 days later. Otherwise, the order was packaged with care.

apparently paranatura-bio doesn't feel the need to warn their customers when the parcel has arrived at the relay point ...fortunately I myself took the step of phoning the relay point because otherwise the parcel would have left ... it's the 1st time someone has done this to me!

Supply problem, solved but still a problem as I didn't get the quantity I would have liked.

I'm not satisfied with the order process, I haven't received a refund cheque for a missing product and the prices are very expensive. I have this type of product locally in Montmorillon without feeling obliged to order too much so as not to pay shipping costs. In the end, it's not a saving for me.

I would have liked to be informed by sms or email that the parcel was available at the relay point without having to go and get the information...

Good quality product, but for this order, there was a problem with the capacity of the parcels, which were too heavy for the people handling the parcels, and therefore less well protected from breakage.

The order is in order and I am satisfied. Nevertheless the delivery by Mondial Relay was too long (from January 7th to January 19th!). However I will come back to Paranatura to make other purchases. See you soon!

Shelf life of products is too short.

The site is complicated and payment even more so. bio et vous was more accessible.
