I've just received my products, the only downside is that I wasn't told when my parcel would arrive, which is a shame. Otherwise, I'm going to start taking my products, so we'll see. As for the perfume, I don't like the smell at all.

apparently paranatura-bio doesn't feel the need to warn their customers when the parcel has arrived at the relay point ...fortunately I myself took the step of phoning the relay point because otherwise the parcel would have left ... it's the 1st time someone has done this to me!

I'm not satisfied with the order process, I haven't received a refund cheque for a missing product and the prices are very expensive. I have this type of product locally in Montmorillon without feeling obliged to order too much so as not to pay shipping costs. In the end, it's not a saving for me.
