I had a bit of trouble navigating the site at first, but everything went smoothly. I had set an alert to warn me that my product would be available again a few months ago, and if I hadn't returned to the site, I wouldn't have seen that it was available again. No delivery problems, product as expected

I took off one star, because, for 1 small flat box, 2 pencils and 1 small 20ml bottle...I was expecting a very small box...noon, a rather large volume and 4 huge layers of paper to hold it all together...not very eco-friendly at all......think about reviewing the shipments

Having paid by bank transfer on the day of my order, the products ordered were out of stock and I had to wait for my items to be restocked. Otherwise, the items were in order and well packaged.

My first order took a little while to arrive, so I'm hoping that subsequent orders will be quicker and that I'll have the stock I requested. As for the rest, the staff on the phone are friendly and the prices are right.

My order was delayed due to a product that was out of stock with one of their suppliers. I had to call them to find out about it, and they offered me a replacement product at no extra cost... I'd have given them 5 out of 5 if I'd received an email or phone call to inform me of the delay beforehand. Very good service though. And good products.
