My order was delayed due to a product that was out of stock with one of their suppliers. I had to call them to find out about it, and they offered me a replacement product at no extra cost... I'd have given them 5 out of 5 if I'd received an email or phone call to inform me of the delay beforehand. Very good service though. And good products.

For this order I am very disappointed. I just received the product and surprise the expiration date of the product is 06/2018, we are in November 2018. What can I do? Product expired 6 months ago !!!!!! I'm going to call them tomorrow as of tomorrow and see with them what they're going to offer me.......Waste of time, waste of money............................

I would have appreciated being notified of a missing product (unbilled, of course) rather than discovering it when I opened my delivery. I would have preferred to delay my entire order until it was complete.
