An order placed and debited immediately, several weeks of waiting where in the end, they thought they had received no payment. Parcel received recently: 1 item, the most important for me, is missing. With a refund cheque. No email beforehand to let me know.
What's more, having gone through a cash back site where the brand was present, my cash was refused. I contacted them...the person who replied said he didn't know the cash Black platform. And no commercial gesture despite my written dissatisfaction.

Everything is ok, I can only regret that the lack of availability and more choice. But I suspect that with the success it will evolve, I wish you. For example I wanted in this order a bag of dog food 15 kg YARRAH adult, 600 gr raspberry jam, 5 chocolate bars Kaoka 75%, etc etc ... I am customer BIO 99% for everything I need, food and cleaning products and other 5 liters ..... cordialement

Hello, everything's fine except for the delivery, which was supposed to be handled by DPD's predict service. They no longer do this and explain themselves by saying that it's up to the sender to warn his customer. Not at all satisfied with the delivery, I had to collect my order from a depot otherwise the subcontractor would send it back.
