I took off one star, because, for 1 small flat box, 2 pencils and 1 small 20ml bottle...I was expecting a very small box...noon, a rather large volume and 4 huge layers of paper to hold it all together...not very eco-friendly at all......think about reviewing the shipments

My order was delayed due to a product that was out of stock with one of their suppliers. I had to call them to find out about it, and they offered me a replacement product at no extra cost... I'd have given them 5 out of 5 if I'd received an email or phone call to inform me of the delay beforehand. Very good service though. And good products.
