very good site, but poor packaging.the box containing the whitening salt product was opened during the journey and all the powder spilled into the package....in addition the woman who runs the parcel relay made some nice remarks to me!!!!!!! as if it was my fault, the cardboard box, the lid rather did not close. would be better a non-organic packaging ... with screwed lid. much less inconvenience and product at home.... because I bought this product for nothing.

I am satisfied with the delivery time, but the products were not "wedged" in the boxes and were barely protected. For example, some soaps arrived damaged. What's more, all the products were covered in a gritty, sand-like dust. I had to clean each package upon receipt, which is neither presentable nor pleasant. The shipment of my order was fast, I was notified by sms that my package had arrived at the relay. Nothing to complain about, but I think it's a shame that the size of the box was much bigger than necessary. Not great for the environment, especially as I went to pick it up by bike, I managed as a seasoned cyclist but for my safety frankly I really should have gone home and come back by car.
