The parcel delivered was incorrectly registered, with only my first name followed by the letter M, which does not correspond to my name, appearing on the delivery software. This caused me many difficulties and 2 trips to pick it up.

Hello, everything's fine except for the delivery, which was supposed to be handled by DPD's predict service. They no longer do this and explain themselves by saying that it's up to the sender to warn his customer. Not at all satisfied with the delivery, I had to collect my order from a depot otherwise the subcontractor would send it back.

A little disappointed. Despite the care taken with the packaging, I noticed a jar of compote with the lid unscrewed, the product dripping down the glass. We immediately consumed the product, fearing it would spoil.

Slow delivery, no information given to the customer, difficult communication (not the first time...). Parcel arrived: 3 out of 5 jars had damaged lids (knocks) and the almond puree had leaked out of the jars. Thank you Paranatura, if I ordered from you it's because it was the only way for me to get this almond puree that I love so much on the internet, and have it delivered to Switzerland. But next time, well, I'll avoid it, because I've had three experiences with you, and three of them have been rubbish...

I waited all day for my parcel to be delivered. It was delivered to the janitor's home without any notice in my letterbox. What's more, the Articulasil measuring bottle is cracked, making it unusable. What's more, the expiration date is March 2020, which is just enough time to use it.
