very good site, but poor packaging.the box containing the whitening salt product was opened during the journey and all the powder spilled into the package....in addition the woman who runs the parcel relay made some nice remarks to me!!!!!!! as if it was my fault, the cardboard box, the lid rather did not close. would be better a non-organic packaging ... with screwed lid. much less inconvenience and product at home.... because I bought this product for nothing.

Third delivery without being informed that the parcel had arrived at the relay point. No improvement.

apparently paranatura-bio doesn't feel the need to warn their customers when the parcel has arrived at the relay point ...fortunately I myself took the step of phoning the relay point because otherwise the parcel would have left ... it's the 1st time someone has done this to me!

order not dispatched within the specified time

I'm not satisfied with the order process, I haven't received a refund cheque for a missing product and the prices are very expensive. I have this type of product locally in Montmorillon without feeling obliged to order too much so as not to pay shipping costs. In the end, it's not a saving for me.
