The product is perfect! However, the delivery was not very reliable. They cancelled me on the morning of the delivery and I was supposed to receive a new sms giving me the new codes but I never received it. I had to go and find another delivery slot on the site myself. Luckily I did, otherwise I'd be going on vacation without the sun cream! What a shame!

As I had not received any confirmation of receipt of my parcel, I went to the relay point on August 13 to check (I had read in my account that you had sent the parcel on 08 but then no message to inform me that it had arrived).
