Inappropriate product
I had accepted the honey propolis candies at a reduced price because the date was a bit past. In fact, they are all stuck together in the box and I threw them away. For the other candies, it's OK.
I received my parcel with broken bulbs. I immediately sent an email with photos and no response from you. No customer service!
We confirm that customer service has replied to you on 24/09 and generated a discount code on your account in compensation for the broken bulbs.

Package arrived 1 day late and not in perfect condition
In some boxes, the sweets are sticky and stuck together, you can see that they're old and have taken on moisture. This is the second time this has happened. This particularly concerns the simple propolis candies (without royal jelly or grapefruit seeds...).
Delivery by collissimo arrived very late.

Happy with my order, but the delivery took 10 days to arrive because the DPD France carrier was completely faulty.
In the advert, the bottle had a capacity of 175ml, whereas the product received was only 150ml.
For my first order, it's not ideal. No sooner had I ordered and paid than I got a message "in restocking" After more than 15 days without any news, I called. They didn't give me any precise information about the problem, so I asked for an update in return. 2 days later, delivery was triggered, still with no explanation... OK for delivery. OK for the delivery, but it doesn't really make you want it. Time will tell if it's better, but it's abnormal to pay when the product isn't available.
I ordered 3 products, I received 2, with a letter indicating that one is missing, that I will receive a refund later. 10 days after placing my order, no transfer....
Chocolate bars are sensitive to temperature variations, you have to be careful to put them in a temperate place so they don't spoil, because that's what happened with the bars I bought and won't be able to finish.
It's a pity that the products I ordered are out of stock even though I was able to pay for them. On the other hand, it's great to have a real person on the phone the next day to explain the situation and help me find solutions.
Some products were in unacceptable condition (dates had passed and the appearance of the products had been altered, which had an effect on the taste). After a complaint, a discount was granted, but the main thing is not to send this type of product. As a customer, I expect a compliant product.
I skimmed the site because I had to order the product prescribed for my dog quickly, so I didn't dwell on the rest.
The lipstick was broken inside the tube, hence my disappointment.
On delivery I noticed that a bottle of aloe was broken. too bad
I received the sorghum flour with the date until March. I think this is not normal.
Ordered shower gel that leaked onto the pasta packets, and the use-by dates on the pasta were exceeded.

An order placed and debited immediately, several weeks of waiting where in the end, they thought they had received no payment. Parcel received recently: 1 item, the most important for me, is missing. With a refund cheque. No email beforehand to let me know. What's more, having gone through a cash back site where the brand was present, my cash was refused. I contacted them...the person who replied said he didn't know the cash Black platform. And no commercial gesture despite my written dissatisfaction.
I'm a regular, very satisfied in general, but this time I'm not happy because you sent me a " gluten-free pizza mix " which will expire in 5 days. what's more, the bag was punctured. Really not cool!

Poorly packed parcel
Site: good - customer service very average - I am not satisfied.
The parcel delivered was incorrectly registered, with only my first name followed by the letter M, which does not correspond to my name, appearing on the delivery software. This caused me many difficulties and 2 trips to pick it up.
I would have liked to have been informed earlier that one of the 2 products in my order was not available... not cool...
The address indicated on the site is that of their store and not that of the warehouse. The products on the site are in their warehouse and not in their store.

Complicated for the payment, and I received an article for which the expiration date was exceeded.
I received 2 bottles "Sauge deodorant" at the end of May which normally last a long time but whose expiry date is 08.2020!!! (the previous one I just finished using the expiry date is June 2021)
Already indicated on the speed at the bottom of the page: 4 out of 5! which makes about 3.5 out of 5. a little above average.
Order arrived quickly, but 2 products arrived with an expiration date in 2 months... very disappointed.
Slow delivery, no information given to the customer, difficult communication (not the first time...). Parcel arrived: 3 out of 5 jars had damaged lids (knocks) and the almond puree had leaked out of the jars. Thank you Paranatura, if I ordered from you it's because it was the only way for me to get this almond puree that I love so much on the internet, and have it delivered to Switzerland. But next time, well, I'll avoid it, because I've had three experiences with you, and three of them have been rubbish...
I would have liked to be informed by email that I would not receive the choco spread instead of being surprised when I opened the parcel that it was not inside.
