We booked a Valentines Seine Cruise to be told that the boarding port had changed due to flooding. When we finally got there we were then told that the boat wouldn't be leaving the port but the dinner would still be served. We were told there would be a partial refund for this inconvenience. We never got the refund... It was disappointing to see other boats passing along the river while our Valentines cruise was stationary... Food was just ok.

However, we cannot assume responsibility for the transport issues faced by our visitors. The guide, for his part, was present at the meeting point and fulfilled his duty. In respect of his work and time, his remuneration is fully maintained, which makes any refund or free rescheduling impossible.
We remain a human and professional organization: the work done deserves payment, regardless of the logistical difficulties encountered by our clients beforehand.

Very disappointing welcome. Food of poor quality and not well cooked. Furthermore, we were subject to the cancellation of the cruise tour of all the monuments due to the Seine being too high; to remedy this, they gave us two boat tickets valid for 2 years to redo the tour of the monuments, knowing that it would no longer be a cruise but a simple "visit" tour, without giving us the choice to obtain a partial refund due to this cancellation. Given the price I paid (460€), I expected much better.
