Navigating the quays can sometimes be confusing. It is precisely to avoid this that we indicate the exact address, metro stations, parking lots, as well as a detailed access map directly on your e-tickets that you had at your disposal.
It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the name of the company: the "Bateaux Mouches" and our company are two distinct entities located in different places, which explains why you did not find us while searching for their name.

This is the second time we have come to dine. We were here last year. Everything is perfect and it's amazing. There are many of us in a small space but the organization and professionalism of everyone is extraordinary. The team even manages to have personalized attentions. Our server kindly gave us information about the different monuments we admired. Bravo and thank you.
