After a failure of my online purchase of 3 tickets for a cruise, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from a very kind lady who sent them to my email. Otherwise, I would have given up after 3 attempts. Thank you for your responsiveness and for the kindness of this lady.. My husband and I are 80 years old...

The person on the phone was very pleasant and concerned about positively meeting expectations with serious follow-up of the reservation file for a dinner cruise on the bateaux-mouches with a person with reduced mobility. Excellent 'walk' by boat on the Seine and on the St Martin canal. Our guide was remarkable for his spontaneity in bringing this 'cruise' to life with a little holiday vibe! The departure from Solférino at 10 am allows you to find good places to eat upon arrival, especially one run by a team of young people opposite the boat stop. Thank you again for your welcome!
