A huge THANK YOU to Insaf who showed remarkable professionalism and kindness!! I made a complaint to the Parisian boats which until the day of the service our service was disappointing! The meal was good as well as the welcome from Mohamed but we had "lunch" in the cold!! The heating was not working! This remains unacceptable.
