Incomplete package and yet paid. Purchase of 4 products (received 3, with a delivery note, noted that only 3 products). After calling customer service, I was told that one of the products I paid for is no longer in stock (why not block it on the site by marking it as out of stock). I was told that I would be refunded (more than a week without news). I called back, and I was told the same thing (I am still waiting). The out-of-stock product was also the most expensive of my order at 27 euros... I don't think I will recommend on the official site, too bad because good composition (natural).

Disappointed by the delivery time almost 10 days. Product received in a box with chocolate and blood stains. When opening the jar there is no seal to protect the product, result: lots of cream on the opening lid which gives the impression that the product has already been used.

Fast delivery, excellent products, but I take away one star for the packaging: why all these polystyrene flakes in the (oversized) box?? Crumpled paper would be more than enough for a plastic shampoo bottle... It's a shame for a brand boasting the naturalness of its products to still use this polluting and non-recyclable material :(

I had requested the 'free' treatment in Venice Red color, which was indeed available on the site. However, I was delivered the 'burnt sienna' color that I had already ordered. After claiming, it has been 12 days that I am promised the sending of the treatment in Venice Red color, but nothing arrives...? The site should update its available products. Otherwise, a big thumbs up for the repigmenting products which are very effective and leave the hair soft and shiny.

Hello, I have prepared the return package that I posted to you today. I had to go to the post office to return a product not ordered sent instead of another received with more than a week delay; as well as a 40 ml product that was supposed to be included in the order, finally received 1 of 30 ml. In the end, 1 sample of 20 ml as compensation for an order received after more than a week of delay, 1 trip to the post office required for return, time spent in email exchanges, etc. And exchanges that are useless as they were refused by the mediation process while my return was meant to be accommodating...
