Very good for years, the only downside since the site modification is that there is no way to change the delivery address to a relay point in Palma de Mallorca. I have to call for it to be taken into account...

The shampoo dries the hair a lot, impossible to use a brush without leaving a mass of hair after shampooing, the treatment is great though, I got the expected result, a very nice shine and the hair is soft afterwards. However, regarding the delivery, you shouldn't be in a hurry, I reordered a few days ago and it is still pending on the site.

Very good product, both natural and colors hair well for a month. However, you have to pay the price! No gloves or soothing balm provided.

Had to remove a star because it took over a month to receive my order to the UK. My initial order wasn't received despite the payment being taken. However, patricemulato.com redeemed themselves and sorted it all out in style. Thank you!

One of the bottles opened, the product lost some of its content. Consider better packaging for the products.

Very clear site, easy to navigate.
The test to choose the repigmenting products could be more elaborate by offering mixes and more shades based on the base color, for example.

My order arrived well but in the package, instead of the anti-dandruff lotion, there was a shampoo.
I placed a new order for a lotion and again I noticed while looking at my order confirmation after payment that it was again a shampoo instead of the lotion.

Hello, We do not have an anti-dandruff lotion on our website. Only a shampoo and an exfoliating treatment. Best regards, The Patrice Mulato team

Incomplete package and yet paid. Purchase of 4 products (received 3, with a delivery note, noted that only 3 products). After calling customer service, I was told that one of the products I paid for is no longer in stock (why not block it on the site by marking it as out of stock). I was told that I would be refunded (more than a week without news). I called back, and I was told the same thing (I am still waiting). The out-of-stock product was also the most expensive of my order at 27 euros... I don't think I will recommend on the official site, too bad because good composition (natural).

Good pleasant products, gentle on the hair. Sometimes a few white hairs persist but overall very satisfied :)
An idea would be to make refills to avoid taking bottles again and requiring less plastic :)

I ordered for the first time on the site. Very fast reception time. I just tested the natural coloring 'color one', I did the test on their site to help me choose the color but the result seems too dark to me and; what is destabilizing is that the container (the bottle) is expressed in ml while to prepare your coloring it's in grams. So, it ends up being very expensive because I practically used the whole bottle just for 1 coloring.
