Order placed on August 13. Although a tracking number was given to me, there was no possible indication. I called, the receptionist was really great. She also saw the problem. Since it was for a wedding 2 days later, she advised me to buy it from one of her retailers near my home. I am delighted with the customer service, I am just waiting for the refund of the package. And after trying the shampoo and the color-repair treatment, I can say it's great! Even the hairdresser this morning told me great result. Thank you

I find the natural One color satisfactory but I think that for the price there should be a bit more quantity. I have medium-length hair and each time I have to start a new tube, the quantity is not sufficient for a single application. Here is my opinion. Best regards.

My shampoo was listed on the site and once my order was sent, the next day I received an email saying out of stock. It would be wise to update the site.

It's a pity that to protect the item during delivery, polystyrene elements were used. Not very ecological...

The package arrived poorly sealed and for the price of the products I expected a much higher level of customer experience.

for the moment I have not received the package. I am waiting to have the products to rate the rest.
I find that the lack of information on where the order is a bit lacking because I do not know how many days I will receive it.
in any case the site is clear and the products are well defined.
to see for the future.

Fast delivery, unique products on the market but still a bit too expensive: become accessible with a 30% discount. I particularly like the repigmenters which, by mixing brown with a bit of Venetian red, allow for brightness and pep between two colorings. On the other hand, regarding shampoos and masks, there is no particular interest compared to the existing offer in parapharmacies, supermarkets, or other stores...

Great. Excellent product, extra color but be careful with stains on the skin and in the shower. Thank you
