Product that does not itch! That's important! It's the first time I'm doing my color and the shade is not exactly the same as usual but I will seek advice from your advisors!

When you don't know the brand it's a bit complicated to find what you're looking for but you manage. Fast delivery despite the situation. Careful packaging.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
I am sorry to read that our products did not meet your expectations properly.
We had recommended via email to use our Ocre d'Havane repigmenting duo before applying Color One to avoid these green reflections. Did you follow this protocol as indicated by email?
Best regards,
Perrine

Speed and products in good condition. However, when you ask questions on the site, you never get a response.... that's why I take away one star

A delivery error with the products. I had to inform customer service. As a result, my ordered products were delivered later and I had to return the products delivered by mistake.

Hello, I have prepared the return package that I posted to you today. I had to go to the post office to return a product not ordered sent instead of another received with more than a week delay; as well as a 40 ml product that was supposed to be included in the order, finally received 1 of 30 ml. In the end, 1 sample of 20 ml as compensation for an order received after more than a week of delay, 1 trip to the post office required for return, time spent in email exchanges, etc. And exchanges that are useless as they were refused by the mediation process while my return was meant to be accommodating... After-sales service

I am normally registered on this site. However, when I go there, I cannot log into my account. When I want to reset a new password, I am told that my email address is not valid. I don't understand... I had ordered not the Sienna Burnt repigmenting shampoo but the Sienna Burnt repigmenting cream treatment. I couldn't make a complaint because I can't access my order. And since I opened the product, not having paid attention...
