I have been using Mulato's repigmenting shampoos for several years now. I love them! The reflections and shine are unmatched, and my hair is well nourished. I still do a leave-in moisturizing treatment to facilitate detangling before drying them. Very well advised on the site I recommend at %

Incomplete package and yet paid. Purchase of 4 products (received 3, with a delivery note, noted that only 3 products). After calling customer service, I was told that one of the products I paid for is no longer in stock (why not block it on the site by marking it as out of stock). I was told that I would be refunded (more than a week without news). I called back, and I was told the same thing (I am still waiting). The out-of-stock product was also the most expensive of my order at 27 euros... I don't think I will recommend on the official site, too bad because good composition (natural).
