I am disappointed that I was not informed of the delay due to lack of stock. I had to send several messages including one by phone to get an explanation. I was also told on the phone that a discount would be applied and refunded directly to my account but this was not done.

Concerning the discount offered because of the delay, it was a discount of 15% corresponding to the discount that we make during the sales; it was refunded to you on January 08 at 16:56 in accordance with what we promised you.
