I ordered two sheepskin rugs - one was delivered. I made a claim and the second one was sent - but it's a different size. I had to send it back and now I'm waiting for the replacement...the quality is very good but there are service problems - this time.

Hello Sir, you ordered products in the Outlet section with a more than substantial discount so you can't say that our products are expensive, especially since the quality is there, and you know it otherwise it seems to me that you would have sent the products back.
You also ordered a product that was not in stock and that we had to put in production; indeed the delay was longer than expected especially because of the summer period and we apologize for that.
And finally, you contacted us to explain that the pouf you wanted was square when it only exists in diameter 45 or 70 cm, so round.
I think that we have nothing to reproach us as for your order if it is not the delay of delivery of the pouf.
